FORCHEM MP 150 Crate Washer with Return Conveyor
The FORCHEM MP 150 industrial crate washer is designed for efficient cleaning of soiled EURO crates used in meat processing, bakeries, and other food operations. A high-performance pump combined with a dense network of stainless steel nozzles inside the wash tunnel ensures thorough and reliable cleaning of every crate. The entire unit is made of stainless steel to meet the highest hygiene standards.
The machine is modular, allowing the number of washing zones, capacity, and dimensions to be adapted to customer needs. It features easy operation, low maintenance requirements, and long-term reliable performance. A major advantage is one-person operation and an economical system for controlling water and chemical consumption.

The system includes electric heating and consists of a main washing module and a rinsing module. It is suitable for washing EURO crates (600×400 mm). The crates are transported on a stainless steel conveyor with adjustable speed. The nozzle pressure reaches approximately 8 bar at 170 l/min. A key advantage is one-person operation and an economical system for managing water and chemical consumption.
